You may request a full refund of a one-time image-credit pack within 14 calendar days of purchase, even if you have used some of its credits. When the refund is made, the credits granted by that purchase are deducted from your account balance; if this leaves a negative balance, generation is paused for review. This voluntary offer does not reduce any stronger right given by law.
Failed generations
If a generation fails and no usable result is delivered, the credits charged for that attempt are returned to your balance. This is separate from the refund offer above.
How to request
Contact the verified support email below with your account email, purchase date and order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method where possible; the payment provider and bank control when funds appear. Any subscription offered has separate terms shown before purchase.
